A DUUM shop works on a small footprint: production is central, the shop only serves. No skilled kitchen staff needed; three or four people run the whole operation. Thanks to the iconic boxes and a strong social media presence, a new shop is recognised from the day it opens.

We are growing deliberately in selected premium shopping malls and high-street locations in Istanbul. We're happy to talk to international investors about Istanbul first; other cities and countries come later.
